Dr. Graham is a board-certified Family Medicine physician at the Advocate Health Care Adult Down Syndrome Center in Park Ridge, IL. The Center serves people aged 12 and older with Down syndrome. Besides her work at the Adult Down Syndrome Center, she is currently a faculty member with the Family Medicine Residency Program at Lutheran General Hospital and at Rosalind Franklin University Chicago Medical School. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, which includes a young daughter with Down syndrome.
